From 2015-2019 I branded, produced, managed, and expanded newly installed MK TV digital screens. I grew the program from 3 to 7 floors; and from 1 local to 5 global locations. Using an employee-centered approach and partnering with teams across the Company, I optimized the platform to drive engagement, support strategic goals, and instill company pride in an elegant and entertaining context.

Beautifully branded, rotating signs played on up to 7 screens in the New York corporate office. Refreshed weekly, the program included strategic company updates, employee engagement activities/recognition, benefits and opportunities, facility updates, and more. For offices in other countries or distribution centers where local information was desirable, I created editable templates that were on brand and easy-to-use.

In addition to amplifying engaging pre-programmed content, I advocated for and arranged live-streaming Runway Shows so employees could enjoy the seasonal excitement and pride associated with their work in real time, on a large screen.

MK TV was accessible to all employees, visitors, executive leaders, and Michael in the main lounge areas so it was crucial for the design and content to be elevated, relative, and appropriate at all times. I maintained relationships with creative, marketing, social media, PR, editorial, facilities, IT and other teams to source high quality content, create engaging stories, and ensure technology functioned. I also sought out and integrated technical upgrades like an automated social media feed.

Among the most popular screens on MK TV included personalized engagement content such as company recognition, new hire welcomes, internal event photos, and employee spotlights. Employees could often be found taking images below a screen that highlighted their accomplishments.
