I created digital and printed cards, leveraging the Milestone branding, available to employees and managers to share a special message with those colleagues who reached a work milestone. I worked with the print vendor to guarantee colors came out correctly and handled logistics for getting the appropriate amount of cards to global offices.

After designing all the components for the milestone program, I worked with developers to implement, a set-it and forget-it solution for employees to receive an elevated note from the company CEO on occasion of their work anniversary. The design was created in Photoshop, sliced into parts, and reassembled in a Word table since the email platform used Outlook.

To recognize employees each month, this page was designed with all the Milestone branding framework of the campaign and loaded with a dynamic feed from the Company employee database. Working closely with the developers, I created the design, sliced the components, and provided guidance on interactive features.

Designed for the launch, these 22x28” posters were printed on foamcore and displayed for the first month of the program near reception, pantries and entrances. Accompanied by table top signage, emails and branded cupcakes to celebrate the first milestone program in North American offices. Translated versions also created for Canada.

To help users find their way around their North American office neighborhoods, this fashion and lifestyle company wanted a unique and engaging tool that could be both digital and print. I worked with a designer and WordPress developers to combine Google map technology with branded elements and custom business data points for 4 different locations. The result was a charming, interactive and highly branded tool that surprised and delighted users.

A printed version of the interactive guide, this handy two-sided sheet is provided to office visitors and new hires to help them get acquainted with their neighborhoods. I worked with business partners in 4 locations, a senior designer, and and stakeholders to upgrade the guides from a branding perspective and ensuring all content was fresh and accurate. I then translated these PDF/printable versions into interactive maps).

At the center of the visual design for Michael Kors’ first global brand awareness campaign is a golden yellow triangle that embodies energy and is upbeat reflecting the core principles of the new Jet Set ideology. In addition to owning campaign branding and strategy, I managed all employee communications from MK’s Corporate email accounts as well as global meetings with HR leaders in Asia, North America, and Europe. Assets created and shared across platforms and languages include: strategy deck for executive leaders, launch and reminder emails, intranet posts, posters and digital screens.

Michael Kors wanted to engage, inspire, and excite employees to deepen their connection and drive loyalty to Jet Set and the Michael Kors brand. Partnering with senior leaders and HR executives, we created a strategy to evoke employee pride, confidence, and a feeling of optimism about the future. I lead and executed the branding and production of multi-channel assets for the duration of the campaign launched in over ten countries across Corporate and Retail divisions.

After launching the brand awareness campaign, I oversaw all aspects of the second phase which was a global contest. My responsibilities included art direction, strategy, communication calendar, global partnerships, and global communications including creating and sending the launch blast to 12,000+ global employees. The multimedia package created / shared worldwide included printable FAQs, contest rules, support for field leaders, media kit for back-of-office with posters, and scorecards for judges.

Global intranet articles were posted in a Home Page takeover in addition to email blasts and digital screens for the first week of the contest. Reminders and additional updates were posted each week to keep the energy and engagement going. In addition, I designed and coded a temporary microsite dedicated to the contest and included FAQs translated into 4 languages as well as a toolkit, guidelines, date reminders and updates.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the contest was seeing and sharing the global submissions. The creativity of the employees and their passion for the brand was incredible. Executive management was extremely pleased with the results and were eager to share with the Company.
